The training module was based on adult learning methodologies including group discussions, small group activities, presentations and panel discussion. The content of Training was based on topics of Methodology manual and discussed and agreed in advance by working group member experts. It consisted from 3 parts – the theory (xenophobia, racism and hate speech), teacher competences and skills (interactive teaching, group management) and knowledge sharing (CΩech and Slovak experience, including student interactive games). Together, with the Czech, Slovak and Georgian experts participants discussed how to introduce this model and/or parts of it into the teaching and education process at school. We came to the conclusion that it requires cooperation of all teachers and the so-called whole school approach, that Georgian formal education system, with its constant reforms related to political leadership change, is not ready. However, the teachers expressed optimism to start introducing “portions” what they have learned into their practice as part of classroom.
